Julie

  Posted by Picasa

On Nov 2 my little sister will turn 30. It doesn't seem to be that big of a deal to her but I love and appreciate her so much that I wanted to surprize her by going to visit. I am determined to stop letting 'things to do' keep me from doing things that are more important on the grander scale.

Anyway, after I found out that there were no real plans for the day I bought a ticket and tomorrow I will be on my way. She figured out the surprize a few weeks ago but I didn't care. We both can't stand the supense of a surprize so it was inevitable that it would come out. We are going to get pedicures with my mom and sis-in-law and eat take out, play with Parker (I think he's like 3+months now), and do all that girl stuff that you can't do over the phone. It will be great.

Julie is the kind of friend and sister anyone would be glad to have. No, we don't always agree on everything but we love and accept each other, watching out for the other, inspite of any differences. We can spend hours talking without saying much but it is still good.

Watching her grow into a mom after Parkers birth has brought about beauty in her that I only imagined was there before. She is a great mom, friend, sister and wife. I am so glad and thankful that you are my sister (even though mom and dad gave you the wrong name...lol) I Love you Jules and Happy Birthday.
See you tomorrow.
