surprise!

There is a site that I read from time to time just because it will stretch my creative muscle a bit and I really dig that. So today she decide that normal packaging is tiresome and draining. She calls the process unbranding (I really never thought about it) and she came up with a solution. Check these out.

I know the first one is obvious by the second one...figure it out? It is her box of cereal! No, I am not going to start doing this at home but it did get me thinking...maybe I would get more laundry done if I covered the washer and dryer or even the dishwasher.
No, that's not really her point. She wants her surroundings to be pleasing to the eye so she feels more peace. I think I know how to do that but it would require removing some people and I don't think it's really feasible. I think magic would work better in my case. Can you imagine if you had 'unbranded' a bunch of stuff in your house while everyone was gone. Besides the work it would be really funny. hehe

Here is her info if you want to check her out at wish jar http://www.kerismith.com/blog/

That's really a neat way to create peaceful surroundings, especially if most of the day you're dealing with the chaos of kids and their toys. I'm going to have to try that.

With my memory issues I would forget what I covered up with what and cause myself a whole new added bunch of stress. I think I would need a different route than this. I would end up looking all day for that stupid box of cereal and wondering where I put it :)

What a great idea. I'd love to be able to do that at the grocery store to keep my kids from begging for stuff. They're such suckers for advertising; I guess I am too, now that I think about it.

You always have the coolest Inpso sites. Thanks for the ideas/links. I love looking at stuff like that. I hadn't been around reading blogs much, I just caught up with yours. Just wanted to say, that the fact that you are willing to be real is a blessing to others. Thx.

I logged on specifically to tell you that in a blog world where fake is sometimes more prominent than real I am always thankful that with you it is what it is. And I admire that so much.

It's easy to be who people think we should be, not always so easy to just be ourselves.

I see that Shannon beat me to it though. Thanks Kim for keeping it real and for being a breathe of fresh air.
